The location is excellent n it is right in the center of medan city. There is a big mall: delipark mall right opposite the hotel w Sogo as the anchor departal store. There r many eateries n cinema available on the top floor. The security of the hotel is very tight that makes me feel safe... The staff over there r there to welcome us to the hotel

Great room and experience here. The gym floor has a sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath and a cold plunge. Pool is quaint. Hotel is vintage and well maintained. Got great service with extra water and change of linens. Will return again.

The hotel staff is nice and polite. Check in was fast. Breakfast is normal. The location is near to shopping centre. By grabs, it takes abt 1 hour frm airport. However, the room need to be renovated as quite old. Not the usual jw mariott standard.

HOTEL STAFF IS SUPER FRIENDLY DESPITE THE HOTEL BEING A LITTLE OLD. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT WITH WIDE VARIETY IF SELECTION!

Hands down the best hotel in Medan! Breakfast is incredible with the best iced coffee I have ever had. Service is so excellent with at least 3-4 of the staff coming to my table to bring me made to order eggs, made to order French toast, coffees, etc. Brian was great!

Loved the convenience of being close to various shopping malls. The hotel felt very safe, and the rooms were spacious. Thank you for the warm hospitality, JW Marriott! We bought mangoes, and the staff went out of their way to help us cut and slice them.
